Welcome to The Counselling and Family Centre

We are here for you. 

We can give you help, support or advice about any of the things that life throws up as an extra challenge from time to time as it does for all of us!

We offer affordable counselling for adults and for children and young people from the age of 6years upwards; in our centre, in schools, and in people's homes.

We have support groups and courses offering practical and emotional support and learning.

We are based in Altrincham, easy to get to by tram, train, car or bus, and easy walking distance from the town centre. Many of the people who come to us are from South Manchester and North Cheshire - but if you can get here, you can use our services, wherever you are from.

Our centre is perfectly located in a very tranquil environment, as you can see from the photo we are right by a park with a duck pond. We are very close to the town centre, but far enough away from the hustle and bustle of the town for you to enjoy a relaxed atmosphere.

Our services cover Altrincham, Cheshire, Trafford and Manchester.
